Our process is a problem solving framework for building effective solutions. It is an adaptable plan that can be used to tailor solutions to the project, client or solution. It allows us to freely explore all options and revise concepts when new information comes into play. For most projects, our process uses the following steps:

Research - You must to learn to walk before you can run. We specialize in analysis of market trends, current software packages and anything else necessary and relevant to the project.

Definition - We have a destination in mind for you. A warm sunny place where tropical breezes blow and your information application can nurture and grow. Conceptualization techniques allow us to set the destination for your project. We plan on several different approaches before giving each a try.

Exploration - The beginning of the journey. Each road has it's challenges and benefits. We explore and develop each into a working plan with concepts to support each direction.

Selection - Taking the road less traveled. We specialize in creative solutions to your communication needs. Selecting which direction to take can be a daunting challenge. A well-researched, and well-documented plan will help you find your destination.

Solution - The one path. Our road is full of twists and turns that we never thought of before. Our path is navigated step by step examining every detail and planning every aspect until the end of the journey.

Implementation - The journey's end. We pull the rabbit out of the hat and put it out for the world to test.

Refinement - Vacation Photos. We examine every aspect of the project in minute detail. We document those that have succeeded well and why, and those that haven't succeeded so well. Each ending is it's own beginning. Expect to find another road stretching ahead in the distance.
